both the MakeAMotion capture system, and the VideoMinutes hosting and archiving
solution, in two separate meeting locations.
Chester County, PA, supports Open Government and wanted to bring
their meetings to a larger audience. Utilizing both MakeAMotion and VideoMinutes,
their constituents have enhanced access to important public information—on-demand.
The Borough of Pompton Lakes, NJ, holds their Council Meetings
in a multi-purpose room and needed a solution that wouldn’t be obtrusive to other
groups utilizing the room. The portable MakeAMotion system was an ideal solution,
providing an all-in-one unit which can easily be rolled in and out of a location
and set up quickly and easily.
